For people seeking an outdoor experience but with showers and comfortable amenities, a basecamp trip is an excellent choice. And for guests interested in really living it up while getting great hikes in, our inn-based trips are wonderful options. It’s for this reason we are committed to hiring and training the best guides in the industry. To ensure this we seek out career-minded guides, evaluate them, have them shadow senior guides, and conduct periodic staff trainings. In addition to technical competency and credentials, we also require excellent people skills.
